The Quality Assurance Publications Administrator is responsible for the administration of publications to the Mazda Global Service Support Systems (MGSS). This is accomplished by tracking the workflow of all documents in the Mazda Global Service Support and InfoManager systems from receipt to publications.
Essential Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Manage the daily maintenance of the Mazda Global Service Support Systems, bulletin flow and days to release
  • Regulate the intake of follow-ups with MGSS issues by coordinating with MNAO publications and MNAO IT Helpdesk
  • Point of contact for MGSS related issues, communications such as service alerts and group communication
  • Lead the process for MNAO inquires relating to dealer comments on MGSS systems
  • Provide static content updates pertaining to Mazda Connect and PDI forms
  • Support the launch of Mazda New Generation Diagnostic system and maintenance process
  • MNAO point of contact for MGSS and technical services updates
  • Oversee the TSD communication for all internal recall updates, launches, hotline messaging and external special tools and Techflash communications
  • Provide monthly TSD, Techflash, Hotline and MPQS reports
Qualifications (Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required):
  • Completed post-secondary degree or diploma
  • Must be fluent in both English and French
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Hold a valid Driver’s License
  • Automotive experience is an asset
