The Inventory Coordinator role, reporting to the Supervisor, Inventory Management within Parts Operations will be a support role for the ongoing roll out of Mazda’s global supply chain project. This position will interact with the complete Parts Operations team to drive consistency of process and data across system and team functions.
Essential Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Support the Inventory Management team with data management and report generation.
  • Learn basic Oracle Service Parts Planning functions for review of forecast outputs and purchase recommendations.
  • Develop and input master data elements within Oracle applications.
  • Review and update past due Purchase Orders, reconcile Purchase Orders and Advance Shipment Notification data within the inbound process.
  • Within Oracle Enterprise Business Solution, review and complete failed outbound orders facing suppliers.
  • Provide data management support to the Dealer Direct programs.
  • Other duties as required
  • 1-2 years relevant work experience
  • Completed post-secondary degree or diploma
  • Comfortable with data management and entry
  • Basic IM knowledge, demand management, forecasting
  • Some work with data generation and manipulation
  • Excel 5+ skills (1-10 rating)
  • Detail oriented and able to work independently
  • Basic understanding of root cause analysis
  • Comfortable in team environment
