Reporting to the Manager, Customer Relations, the Specialist, Customer Relations (Sales) will be located at Mazda Canada Inc’s head office Richmond Hill, Ontario.  This position is responsible for supporting the Customer Relations department by responding to both internal inquiries from the Customer Relations Representatives as well as customers inquires with a sales focus. 
Essential Duties include (but are not limited to):
  • Support the Customer Relations Department in the handling of customer inquiries with a focus on the automotive dealerships’ sales, leasing and Business Office.
  • To respond to Customer Relations Representative inquiries specifically in situations where service requests are escalated.
  • Lead the process to ensure appropriate handling of: CEP anonymous open concerns, export/import letter requests, VIN label and plate requests.
  • Coordinate and support the initial process steps in handling of Customer Demand/Mise en Demeures
  • Jointly administer the Customer Relations Assistance Program (CAP) in conjunction with the Manager, Customer Relations and Specialist, Customer Relations (technical).
  • Provide training to Customer Relations team members on sales subject matter to better service / assist customers            
Qualifications (Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required):
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree / diploma.
  • Minimum three years’ retail automotive experience.
  • Bilingual (French).
  • Superior ability to define problems, collect data and establish facts and draw conclusions.
  • Self-motivated as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
